Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the i-plug.ai website. Paid consulting, development and managed services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Effective and last updated: 18 September 2026
Contents Company information Acceptance Website information Professional services Acceptable use Intellectual property AI-specific notice Liability Governing law Contact
These are website terms, not the complete commercial terms for an I‑PLUG LTD project. A proposal, statement of work or services agreement will define the scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, data responsibilities and liability for paid work.

1. Company information

I‑PLUG LTD

Private limited company registered in England and Wales

Company number: 17458929

Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX

Support and contact: contact@i-plug.ai

In these terms, “I‑Plug”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean I‑PLUG LTD. “Website” means i-plug.ai and its public pages.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

3. Website information

The Website provides general information about our capabilities and services. Content is not legal, regulatory, financial, cybersecurity or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

Website content is not a binding offer, quotation, service commitment or guarantee of results. We may change, suspend or withdraw content or availability without notice. We try to keep information accurate and current but do not promise that all content is complete, error-free or continuously available.

4. Enquiries and professional services

Submitting an enquiry or attending an introductory consultation does not create a client relationship, duty of exclusivity or obligation to provide services.

Any paid audit, consultancy, development, integration, support or managed service begins only when the parties agree written commercial terms. If these Website terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement prevails for that engagement.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. Please do not send confidential, special-category, regulated or security-sensitive data through an initial website enquiry.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Website:

  • in breach of applicable law or another person’s rights;
  • to send malicious code, spam, deceptive material or unauthorised advertising;
  • to probe, bypass or interfere with security, availability or access controls;
  • to scrape or extract content at scale except as permitted by law or with our written permission;
  • to misrepresent your identity, affiliation or authority; or
  • in a way that could damage, overload or impair the Website or related infrastructure.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms, security or law are being violated.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, I‑PLUG LTD or its licensors owns the Website and its original text, visual design, graphics, code, branding and other content. All rights are reserved.

You may view the Website and print or save reasonable extracts for your internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party names, marks and services remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

7. AI-specific notice

Descriptions of artificial intelligence, automation, agents, models, integrations and potential outcomes are illustrative. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output and may require human review, operational controls and professional judgement.

The suitability, performance, risk controls and compliance requirements of a production system depend on its data, users, integrations, jurisdiction and intended use. These matters are assessed and agreed separately for each engagement.

8. Third-party websites and services

The Website may link to third-party websites or refer to external platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your discretion and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude implied warranties relating to the Website, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, where they may lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I‑PLUG LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public Website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing here changes liability agreed under a separate signed services agreement.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information connected with the Website and business enquiries.

11. Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, without affecting the remaining provisions. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Website terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives an individual the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

13. Contact us

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@i-plug.ai or by post to I‑PLUG LTD, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
